Q: How do I place an order?

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping starts at $15 for standard delivery within the U.S. Final shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not at the moment, we currently ship within the U.S. only.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders usually ship within 3–5 business days unless it’s a preorder. Preorder items will have the ship date clearly listed in the product description.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number.
Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: All sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges.
We are not responsible for manufacturer defects (e.g., paint flaws, minor scuffs, or packaging imperfections).
Q: Are your products authentic?
A: Yes! Everything we sell is 100% authentic and sourced directly from Pop Mart or trusted distributors.
Q: Do you sell sealed or open box products?
A: Most of our items are sealed blind boxes. If a product is an open box (where the character is known), we will clearly note that in the product description.
Q: What’s inside a blind box?
A: Blind boxes are sealed mystery figures, you won’t know which design you get until you open it! That’s part of the fun. We don’t open or reseal boxes unless stated as open box.
Q: Can I request a specific figure or character?
A: Sorry, for sealed blind boxes, figures are packed randomly and we don’t know what’s inside either. No specific figures can be guaranteed unless the item is sold as open box.
Q: Will you restock sold-out items?
A: Some collections are limited and won’t restock. Follow us on Instagram @Blindbox_Basement for restock alerts and drop announcements.
Q: Do you offer bulk or group orders?
A: We don’t offer bulk discounts at this time, but feel free to DM us if you would like to place a bulk order.
